Sales Account Executive


Position Title: Sales Account Executive


Who we are: 512 New Media is a growing, full-service digital media/marketing company. We have years of experience working in all facets of the media industry. 512 New Media develops, creates, and delivers New Media services for our clients including website construction, social media content and strategy, video production, and more. Our state-of-the-art studio produces commercial content for clients from a wide array of industries. We specialize in drone video, live video production, and Social Media creativity and delivery.

Half of this job focuses on sales/securing new clients and the other half focuses on taking care of existing clients throughout the duration of their agreement with 512 New Media. 
A keen ability to build strong professional relationships with clients is a must for this role. 
Effectively present 512 New Media services (B2B) to potential clients and close the deal to convert them into current clients. 
Account Management: 
Manage all projects and initiatives for clients including but not limited to: 
      • conducting initial expectation defining conversations with clients,
      • creating a project timeline for each client project,
      • collaborating with the Digital Creative Director and studio staff at 512 New Media to ensure correct client needs and wants for each project,
      • attend all client on-location and all client in-studio recordings,
      • check in with client regularly and with each milestone,
      • sending deliverables to client,
      • and more. 
Organize the studio and production calendar for the 512 New Media team based on client needs. 
  • Proven track record with success in B2B sales
  • Excellent follow up and networking skills
  • Unafraid of persistent and direct communication to ensure client needs are met and company standards of excellence are upheld 
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Superb organizational skills
  • Attentive to detail 
  • Self-motivated 
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications- PowerPoint, Excel, etc.  
  • Competent with Photoshop
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ Years in direct sales
  • Ability to work independently as evidenced by identifying problems, gathering intel, and working with the 512 New Media creative team to deliver top-notch service and product
  • Radio/TV sales a plus
  • Ad agency experience a plus
